BCNU - A drug used alone or with other drugs to treat certain types of brain tumors, Hodgkin's lymphoma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and with prednisone to treat multiple myeloma. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. BCNU damages the cell's DNA and can kill cancer cells. It's a type of alkylating agent and a type of nitrosourea.
